Does changing the front track width but not rear dramaticly affect handeling

im curently running 20mm front spacers but no rears will this have a dramatic affect on the cars handling ? more importantly cause it to under steer more?
got a track day 2mo and was wondering if i should take them out,

i ran the car like this at the nurburgring and it did seem to want to push on when cornering at higher speeds

i also have ast v2 coilovers should i be setting the damping settings different front to rear to help counteract the understeer?

Widening the front track will actually decrease understeering behaviour (in theory).
