When my window is already shut on my FRST and i press the electric window switch up the parking lights dim and the battery light comes on faintly. :-?

Weird.

Jus had a new battery and alternator BTW. :-?

you must be drawing a serious amount of amperage from that motor! Put a tester on it.

Hmm - my lights used to dim on all my Fezzies when sitting stationary when you used electrics - happens to all of them.

never had the battery light come on with it tho.

Try doing it with the car reving higher. The alternator should be making more juice, so it shouldnt happen then.

The lights dim on mine, but I have never noticed the battery LED!

Has this started happenning recently? Might be alternator on the way out?

Does it happen with the passanger side as well? If it is only one side, you might have something earthing/shorting on the door.

Or has someone replaced the window motor with a starter motor?
