Eml + electrical fault + limp home

Hi guys, nice day so I thought I'd go clean the Clio, all cleaned lovely job, fixed the rain sensor because it was playing up, got in the car to put back in the garage to find the above lights on!! Restarted the car lights still on, went for a drive limp home mode was activated, won't rev with clutch in either!! The car is ph2 172, decat, remapped at ktec, and a open cone air filter? Any ideas where to start??
