Engine management light

Been for a hour round trip steady drive out for a meal with the missus. Go back in the car to drive home, then noticed the engine management light had come on glowing orange. The car seems completely fine so at a loss what it could be right now. Got home fine so not too worried just yet but really bugging me what it could be. Any ideas? Or would it just have to be a code reader job? Thanks

Could be an o2 sensor in the exhaust that's what it is on mine you could take it out and clean it like I did with a bit of brake cleaner lol or just buy a brand new one but I'm tight with money so just cleaned it for now.
