yeah, undo bolts, take cat off. put decat on, tighten bolts

lol!

clean the mating surafces with a wire brush, you may need new gaskets so try and not damage the old 1's, i always use exhaust paste on the joints aswell.

Also spray some good penetrating fluid on the old nuts a good few hours if not the day before going at them.

i shall let you know! I think the bolts are tucked up behind the bulkhead area, I haven't looked for a while.

I was more worried about removing the lambda sensors tbh, dont want them to snap!

I couldn't find a guide anywhere, I'll keep looking.

Run the car for 2/3 minutes before you try to remove the Lambda, should free up nicely. Just don't keep it running too long or you'll burn yourself! ;)

you can buy the mesh ring seperately (Bosal 256781; about £5) but will also need the cat-to-system gasket (256008)

for what little you'd save, may as well buy the NWP kit for all new nuts/bolts, and buy the cat-to-system gasket seperately. the nuts/bolts will be in a state if they're original anyway

Loctite 5920 (copper silicone) is probably best bet for sealing the joints; the paste ones just crumble away after a little while
