Exhaust Hanger Mod

Thought I'd try to stiffen up a rear box hanger today. Built it up with a high quality silicone. Much cheaper alternative to a Motorsport mount and works really well Sprayed it all black too before fitting. I also tried to beef up the centre mount to with three 'rings' of continental inner tube. Il see how long this one lasts.

I'm currently using zip ties after a track day melted my standard mount.

It will last alot longer than the original thats for sure!

My old one was a medley of zip ties and rolled up inner tube lol. This ones a lot tidier.

I did mine with tiger seal and it has sorted out my loose exhaust a treat.

seems to me by the size of the mount you could save 10kg by making a smaller one
