In short - Not without hassle - To a point where I wouldn't bother tbh.
If your Clio is in good nick then consider selling it and using the money you'd have used on the exhaust to buy your way up to a 182.

Otherwise K-Tec do a 182 'look' exhaust for the 172 here:

I don't know of anybody else who does one.

Or go custom made and have the exhaust builder cut into your rear bumper for you. Depending on your location I'm sure a few folks could recommend some local exhaust builders.
