Ferodo DS2500 Pads

Hi i am going to upgrade my brake set up on my clio 182.
The discs i have on at the moment are oem, has anyone tried ferodo ds2500 pads and standard discs before? or do most people go for brembo HC discs with these pads?

Btw what is the minimum brake disc width and brake pad widths?

a lot of people do just because there sold in brake kits from yozzasport for example, I dunno how much of a difference there is between standard and HC discs but there cant be much in it price wise.

I think min pad is 2mm (but not 100% sure).
