Ive got a vid on my phone (taken from passenger seat) of a lap of the nurburgring, but its a nokia video file and carnt find anyway to convert it to media etc?

I use ImTooMpegEncoder to convert mine, you can download free versions off the web.
It works with .3gp files, not sure about nokia file format though.
