Full lock banging bouncy noise

I've had this noise coming from the left side spring/ top mount which just sounds like the spring is creaking or car is bouncing.

Is this a top mount or spring problem. Happens on full lock, but only reversing out my downhill driveway or turning full lock in my work gravel car park so it could actually be fine.

Is this of any concern
