hi guys,ive recently taken my engine out to replace it with a working one,ive also uprated the clutch with a valeo super 5 gt turbo one.now ive been working on the gearbox.ive bought a shorter ratio one,as i was told any box would fit and it should accelerate faster.the only problem is the gearbox to engine bolts are different sizes and the driveshaft to differential appears to be different size 2?so i thought maybe I could use the housing off the old 16v box.can anyone advise me on how to take the gearbox apart and anything else needed to get it to fit properly.my new box is from an 8v.thanks!
