Grinding noise when cornering post-fitting PMS topmounts

  Arctic 182FF
Hi guys, got a problem with a grinding sound on my 182 having had a garage fit my new PMS top mounts and brace - in hard cornering there's an awful grinding sound that sounds like metal on metal coming from the engine bay in the corner being leaned on, e.g. turn hard left and you'll hear it from the right as you sit (so the left in the engine bay).

Had very old OEM topmounts before which made no noise at all so pretty sure it's the new kit. It is fine/quiet lock to lock at slow speeds/on the drive, just really loud when you lean on it.

It doesn't affect handling but equally it doesn't sound right, any ideas? FYI potentially relevant other spec - Koni Dampers, Eibach Sportline springs, new Michelin PS3s.
