guide for changing seat frame?

Im sure there was a guide about how to change the seat frames.
I need to change the passenger one in the 182 because its snapped.

I don't think there's a thread on here but it's simple to do. 4 nuts to undo underneath the car. Make sure you don't drop any of the nuts into the chassis leg. Then there's a few connectors to undo under the seat. Separate the subframe from the seat.
