Help me find this clamp

First of sorry if this is in the wrong section I wasn't quite sure where to put it. Basically I have been driving myself crazy searching for this type of jubilee clip it's just a normal jubilee clip with a threaded bar attached to it like this.

Apologies for the crap picture, if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great

What size is it and where on the car is it for?
Is it the one on the bottom of the picture, if so reckon that's a specialist part??

It's not a standard part mate it's definitely a specialist part they're normally used to secure induction kits in the engine bay. I was just hoping someone would be able to tell me where I could get one.

They're on the UK ramair site, can't find them for sale,but they are included in kits.
