Hid Problem

Hi can anyone help i just got these they work great all plugs in OK they just wont plug in to the light housing.
In the pic below(standard bulb on left HID on right)you can see that were the orange rubber seal is its bigger on the HID so it wont fit in the housing.Any help

Swap the seal over. It's only an O-ring.

Tryed that its the plastic that the O ring sits in
