How easy/hard?

How easy or hard is it to replace the clock + temperature unit? Mine is slowly dying (inbetween the radio programme number and the time there is a squiggly line where it's "leaked")

I found this on ebay and it has 4 hours left so need to know if it is really easy or really hard to replace.

That is from a Mk2 Ph1 Car.

Is yours a phase 2 ?


Either way, its a dash off job to replace, but pretty simple after that. Just a connector block and your done, iirc its just clipped in.

Shud find plenty from breakers.

If its a ph2 then it will be square like this one

Oh yeah....duh! Yeah mines' a ph2.

Hmmmm, sounds too hard for me to do....I'm a bit of a girl when it comes to doing stuff to my car.
