***How much is it worth?***

  330i. E30 Touring.
What's this worth?

2004/53 plate 172 in flame red
85,000 miles
Both belt kits, dephaser water pump and clutch done in August this year using all genuine parts
Phase 1 big port head and R-Sport matched inlets
All PTFE inlet gaskets
Bilstein B14 coilovers
Pure Motorsport rear anti roll bar
Pure Motorsport gearbox mount
Pure Motorsport camber bolts
Pure Motorsport wheel spacers
Pure Motorsport wheel stud/nut conversion
204/45/15 NS2-R tyres
Brembo discs and Yellow stuff pads
K-Tec Decat pipe
Sabelt Steering wheel with cruise control kept
Xenon sidelight and rear number plate bulbs to match the xenon headlights
All new track rod ends, Ball joints and inner tie rods, fitted in July.
Bodywork is not great. It's by no means hanging but it's not mint either.
It needs a wheel bearing which I'm doing this weekend and it needs new suspension top mounts as the coilovers have finished the originals off. They're only £80 for genuine parts.
I think that's all.
Oh, and the roof has had a satin grey vinyl put on it. It looks crap but I'm not taking it off incase there's any paint damage underneath!!

To the right person, I'd be after £3-3.5k for that if the mods are all under a year old. £2.5-3k if in fair condition but older.

Decent colour, not been to the moon. Had a big service recently.

That said, the right person who wants that exact spec is probably hiding when it comes to it, and you'll make most out of it selling the mods separately and the car for £1500.

So the £1700 I'm asking for it is too cheap?
All mods are 2-3 months old.

I would say so.

That said, depends how quickly you want it shifted.

Way I would look at it:

Sabelt- £120
Billies £400
PMS bits £300.

Standard car is worth £1500 all day long because of the fresh belts IMO.

Thanks mate, you've confirmed what I thought.
I need to get my head back in to Clio's.

Front bumper damaged, rear bumper has lacquer peel and body isn't the best imho.
Would be sold with Turini's rather than F1s.

What sort of price is a 1.2 clio grande worth with around 150k miles, 1 months MOT? Looking at buying if cheap enough but would obviously have to send it through an MOT, change cambelt, service etc.
Is it not worth it?
There's another local to me which is a grande too with only 48k miles on it. What's this worth?
Thank you

£150-200 for the high miler,

£4-500 for the other one.

  Ford Focus ST 2007
Evening/morning

Went and saw a Clio 182, silver, 42000 miles with 6 owners. It has had a cam belt change at 29000 and I am hoping to ask about what you guys think about the price.

Rear exhaust mount has perished, but I believe that is cheap.
Has a piper back box.

It is for sale for £3750, but he came down to £3400, is that a bit steep of a price still? :astonished:DV05 CPU

Thanks

It seems there's a heavy premium on that for the low mileage.

Id personally be looking for one with a bit higher for mileage in good condition with belts done for no more than £2500.

The fact it has 6 owners kind of defeats the 'low mileage' spin it has.

If I was you I'd look for one with the usual 60/70k for £2500 like Ron Says.

Low mileage is only any good as a selling point if it's also only had 1 or 2 owners.

  immaculate clio 172
Looking on the mot website with the registration it also needs new front brakes as advisory the discs are pitted and it failed on 1 coil spring snapped but I do hope he replaced both!

£3400 is £800 more than I recently paid for my 55 plate titanium silver 182 on 65k miles also with 6 owners and has wanted for nothing

Sounds an ok motor but worth 3k max, people get far too caught up with mileage, mileage means bugger all if half the owners were tight buggers and ran the thing on a shoe string budget!

What tyres are on it that's usually a good starting point for the type of owners its had

Is it a full fat model etc etc

If it's just had the belts done, like within the last 6 months, £3499.

My gut reaction was £3999 but I don't think they're quite there yet.

£3200 maybe more or less but does sound really really good are you selling this or buying it.

It looks like a nice one, if the RB is good, I'd keep it for a few years. Perhaps treat it to an RS2 and enjoy it, it's only going one way in value.
