How the hell do you take the 197 front bumper off??? Arghh!!!

Please someone direct me to a link on how this is done properly! I need to know how to take the front bumper off on this as i need to replace a bulb and i also want to take my 2 front grills off. Ive been looking for ages how to do it and i just dont have a clue!!
