How to fix broken dip beam on Mk3 MPB Race Clio

Hi GuysMy mate's got a Mk3 1.6 MPB Race Clio and the dip beam bulbs have gone on in his headlights, all the other lights work; main beam, parking lights, indicators, corner lights, just not the dip beam. Just wondering how one'd go about repairing this as he's been told you need to replace the complete headlamp because their projectors or something?As always, any help is much appreciated!Thanks
