My htc won’t switch on, took it out of my pocket press the button nothing happens. Have had it sort of switch on once since and just a battery symbol came up across the full screen.

Any ideas because don’t want to lose the stuff on the phone! Any help much appreciated.

and does any one no if its possible to get the infomation of the phone with out it been switch on?

Tried charging over night, also tried a brand new htc battery.

even tried a hard reset, and nothing.

Take battery out and try and switch it on with no power, should discharge capacitors inside. Replace battery and then charge it.

Worked for my mrs' evo 3d.

Yer still in warranty, but if I send it back to htc they flash it as soon as they get it, meaning all data lost.
