Immobiliser

Ive just had my ECU decoded so that the immobiliser wont cut in and stop me from starting the car. but when i got it back i plugged it into the car and turned the key and the same problem is occuring. the immobilser light is flashing and the engine wont start. Should the immobiliser light still be flashing if the ECU has been decoded or should it not be on at all?

i think you have to cut pin 58 on the ECU.i think its the orange wire from the loom going in.

Well i sent the ECU off to a specialised company that should have done that shouldnt they?
