iPhone internet usage.

So I get 750mb of internet every month, if I watch sky or tvcatchup on my phone how much of this would be used up on say a minute by minute basis as I have no idea how much 750mb is in regards to streaming tv etc.

Surely you're going to see the word "buffering" more than the actual program you want to watch, streaming on anything other than a wi-fi connection?
