Jammed seat

Guys,

My passenger seat has become jammed and won't move forwards or backwards. I have searched below the seat and as far down the runners as I can and I can't see anything blocking it. I can pull the plastic on the side of the seat on the side nearest the door out a little bit, and when I move the lever, nothing in the mechanism moves. Comparing this to the driver's seat which does move, the mechanism moves. Could it be the whole mechanism that is broken or simply something that is preventing it from working? Just so you know, I have the half leather sport seats.

Any ideas are much appreciated!

The same happened to me in my Ph1, I just yanked the lever closest to the door and it fixed it.

Happened to my 172, the runner internals had disintergrated and ended up changing them. Wasn't totally obvious until I had them stripped out.
