Knocking noise when turning left.

Hi

I have had this problem for a while now. When I am turning quite a sharp left I hear a knocking noise from the passenger foot well.

I have had the bearings checked
the track rod ends are fine
engine mounts are fine.

My gear stick rattles alot for some reason eventhough the engine mounts are ok and gear changes are ok.

I have searched on hear and people who have been experiencing similar problems have suggested the 'bone mount' :S

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated even my mechanic can't figure this one out!

Has he checked the CV joint? Drop link? Could also be the suspension strut top mount.
