lens cleaning kits

i managed to stick my finger right in the middle of one of my lenses yesterday so it needs a clean anyone recomend a good kit ??

If its the lense all you need is a high quality Micro Fibre Cloth

I also have one of these, which gets rid of alot of the dust and cr@p and comes in useful when your cleaning the sensor.

Also I got given this set up which has some cleaning pads which you put a tiny bit of cleaning fluid on and run across the sensor, works a treat but Cannon dont advice using a cleaner, they advise using the blower.
