lift up or not lift up

i was able to get a quality brand new momo gear knob for peanuts last week the only problem is it isnt a lift up reverse, can i somehow make it fit as it looks mint????

nope cus the thread of the lift up is wider- what gear knob is it, momo usually are pretty good supplying lift up gear knobs
