only ever seen one on the way back from Cornwall last year, but there I was driving around Stourbridge ring road today and I spotted it, I raced passed the cop shop (slowing down for the speed trap!) went around the corner by theCrystal leisure centre and there it was, a liquid yellow 200. Didnt catch the first two letters, but it was --09 VVV, very nice!
