Lowering 60mm

Ive just got my compomotive mo5's refurbed, there 15", & my car is getting lowered 60mm all the way round.

People have told me different things saying ' you need to buy new shocks etc ' & ' you need to get them aligned'

My mate on the other hand has just had them fitted by a garage with no problems.

Just need some help, there getting done tomorrow, just wondered if i needed to buy anymore things for it.

your shocks will wear fast with 60mm springs. wheel alignment after lowering is necessary.

would it cost a lot to align them?
