lowering springs

have a 182 cup just looking at the best springs to lower it looking at about 30 or 40mm thought about buying h&r springs but got told they are real bouncey ride ? dont really know much about this sort of stuff :S any help would be appreciated

loads (nearly all) would say go for the h and r as they meant to be awesome but as your only after 30-40mm id say a cheaper of just lowering springs...as for the make i couldnt say mate as iv no idea.

yeh had 60mm apex on my old saxo nearly broke my spine lol

I,ve had apex 40mm on my cup for 2 years. feel ok to me
