Max wheel bolt length

I fear this is a stupid question but my search results aren't giving me a definitive answer.
My wheel bolts look like turd so I'd like to smarten up the car a bit.

Can I do a straight swap of bolts from the originals at 24mm to these? (27mm)

I've seen a few examples where some people have them and they looked smart, just wasn't sure if they'd introduced spacers or anything like that into the equation.
