Mintex Ceratec alternatives?

  Clio 197
So I stripped my front brakes 3 weeks ago to stop them from squealing. Filed down the sharp edges and used Mintex Ceratec on the back of the pads. Went through a small pothole the other day which had a lot more water than I thought and it seems that the lube has washed out as the NSF brake is squealing again. The squeal is from moderate to hard braking. I've replaced the pins with mr pink pins and have the OEM brembo pads which arrived with my discs from MTEC.

The back of the pads are rubber where there pistons meet the pads so I didn't feel the need to get some shims but may do so now. Does anyone have any alternatives that might not wash out so easily?
