mk3 128gt springs

I want to put lowering springs, preferably h&r, on my mk3 128gt. I'm not sure what the correct springs are I need as everywhere I look they have used coilovers. Any part numbers/url's/experience would be great. Also if anyone has fitted them what are they like? Thanks in advance

incase anyone wants to find them here is a link to the ones i got. They are shipped from germany, took no more then a week to arrive and at least 70 quid cheaper then getting them in England
