My LY with New seats!

Finally got my Recaros in and also fitted some headlight washer blanks as the standard washer jets look awful imo.

Seats hold you so much better an driving position feels better, I think it might be because the seats support your shoulders better. I know a lot of people might not like the colour, but they look so much better in the flesh against the LY paint.

Suprisingly the alacantra is almost an exact match, but doesnt look it in the pics. You can't see the rear seats with these in anyway now and how comfy they are makes up for any difference in colour lol!

Washer blanks will be done in CF again i think, but i'm having the bumper and Bonnet resprayed again in June so may smooth them off and sell them on, not made my mind up yet.

Really easy mate, just one bolt on each to undo, but they are easier to get out with the headlights out. Also theres some pipe work to them that runs along the front grill that i took out aswell.

They were sitting in my mates Garage for 2 years and had never been sat in, they were brand new and meant to go in an escort project he had but never got round to fitting them.

How much is it costing you for your bonnet and bumper to get resprayed? Did you get it done before? Colour match any good?

Its a mate Rate, 250 for both, colour match is allways spot on, my mates a bit of a perfectionist, he'll have the car for the weekend to get it done.

The guy who had it before me had the bumper redone, but its such a crap job its chipped and peeling everywhere.

isn't not having the washer jets a MOT failure? or do xenons just need to auto level to pass?

I was unsure about that aswell, but they aren't hard to put back on if they are a problem for the sake of a day.

they look much better in the flesh with the interior and LY, very hard to see with my poor photography skill, also good to be a bit different than just the same as every other clio.

i got them from a member on here for a very good price, as they are 75 quid from renault!! Mine leaked aswell, hence wanting to get rid, and the fact that they look awful!
