Name and shame list?

How do we feel about getting a list of members that say they will attend meets but never turn up? It's frustrating for reps that take time to organise meets for members to say they are coming and not turn up.

Maybe a name and shame list would help stop this practice?

WTF people dont HAVE to show up?!

if they say they will and never do, just ignore them.

if people dont come to my meets, sod them, they're the ones missing out, not as if they owe you anything fella

It might be different in your area pal but I have been to meets where I have been the ONLY person who turns up. That's a bit of a ball ache.

I don't think anyone owes me anything?

Frustrating, yes. But that's life. Nothing you can do about it.

You don't know the situations of everyone and why they didn't turn up. 'Naming and shaming' isn't the right way to do things.
