That bird turd is a reflection of light lol!

Hand saw and a steady eye with the plate clamped do a workmate.

I think the carbon ones are slightly cheaper than the OEM reno replacement ones too. £110 here i come!

it would be better to get it done properly, rather than cut it yourself, looks neater, as illustrated.

I finished it obviously with a file, square edge and wet n dry!! Didnt just leave a jagged edge, honestly!
