New Sport Grille

I've just changed the grille on my car for a sport one but there isn't hole for the bonnet sensor. So far I've disconnected the pin so it doesn't keep alarming the car but I'm left without the sensor working.

I know some people have done these so your help is appreciated.

I've done that but the one I've put in doesn't have a whole for the sensor.

The new one is in but I can't open the bonnet either which could also be a problem!

Is that a work around or is that what should be done?

In my eager to get it sorted I hadn't done the bonnet from inside the car

It depends on car equipement.
For example, on my ex car, 1.5 DCI Dynamique i didn`t need to make any changes to make sport grill fit in, but on some cars, like yours, you need to modify grill a little to fit

Cheers guys, so far the alarm seems fine but it's flashing and it usually stays lit.
