No internet on Tocco Ultra

I recently got the tocco ultra on contract, had it on orange and got 2 months free browsing

Only problem is i cant use any of the internet, or orange maps or orange messenger
Everytime i go to connect it says connection failed
I changed the settings but then it says DNS failed


Anyone got any ideas for me?

my other half just got this and had the same problem, you need to change the internet profile, i did this and shes now got full net
