No power to ignition

I had a turbo timer connected to the positive terminal under the dash where the ignition is, when disconnecting the turbo timer i shorted it out and it sparked, since I have had no power at all, battery reads 12v+ just no power anywhere else, what could it be? all fuses seem to fine when checked with a multimeter!
