  It's A Reno
As ITBs, blower and turbo conversions for the F4R are frighteningly expensive and don't give particularly good power returns per £, I wondered if anyone had tried to increase the displacement of the F4R engine and how they got on.

Are there any reasons why it can't be done, constraints of block, available pistons etc?
 
  Exige S1 + Honda S1
Wouldnt be a lot of gain for the monies involved- £400+ for pistons, 100 for rebore plus gasket kit/bolts.

There might not be big bhp gains, but there would be torque gains and that's what's important.

I'm surprised no-one has ever tried it.
