Pictures from my 172 clio with new kit

it just looks so...well, glues on..nothing follows any lines of the car!!!

and that rear spoiler.....its so......well, ergh

i dont like the rear spoiler too when i see it on picture but in real life it looks very cool believe me, you just have to drive it en see it in real life..

Sorry m8 but I think that kits poo poo, but its your car so what every you are happy with m8. Hope I havent offended ya .

Chun.

Sorry, buts it OTT - A guy over here has this kit in blue and it looks pants - no way Id do that to a 172 which looks the bus as standard with a set of rims on - better putting money into engine mods/suspension/brakes etc if u felt that the 172 lacked in any of these areas! It just looks like a 1.2 made to look like a 172, but as long as your happy thats what counts! These are just personal opinions......

look at it.....no offense, its your pride and joy!!!

But the CoD must ahve gone up by 0.3 and the exahust system must really screw up tunned lengths and give LESS power........oooer.....it cant be good..

  Corsa 1.3 CDTI

LefTie,

Not my cup of tea but good on your for having the guts to do something extreme like that. Im sure it gives you hours of driving pleasure.

Ivan

I personally like it - If I had a new shape clio Id definetly look at that kit...

Not 100% sure about the side strips, but the rest is nice. :D

Daz.

i actually quite like your car mate, like the new wheels.

i see what people are saying how nothing flows. perhaps worth spending some money to get someone to blend it in better

Looks much better with the wheels on .... sure Max Power would like it.

Stopped Reading MP a few years ago but enough people still do so go with it!!

The kit is not really what i like, still cant help thinking itll look miles better without the spoiler though, also as ClioJohn said above, blending the sideskirts in + getting rid of the sidestripes will make it look nicccceer

  Golf GTTDI 130PD

Chicken Oriental mate!!!!

I love the new wheels on it and do agree some smoothing will finish off the kit nicely.

I reckon though in Europe its what people are doing so although some of us Brits might be against it I reckon youll get loads of attention over there.

nice, but id take a standard one with bigger wheels :)

all that sound system and extra battery and 100000000 ton bassbin must slow it down a few seconds...

Well done for being different, but then again, euro style has always been at odds with UK style. the more people on here you get leaving a reply just shows that you have achieved what you needed. Your car is making a statement, lets face it, that is what most of us do it for aint it?

If we all liked the same thing we would all be driving around in Citroen Saxos, god forbid! (oh my god, I just realised, is that starting to happen!?!>?!?!?!?!?)

Well done Leftie, keepp up the good work and congrats for having the balls to do it!

Ktec do a stainless steel front grill that would finish it off nicely,

Also a nice silver bee sting aerial be good.

Overall not bad at all, At least it is one of the few different kits around as opposed to many others which do not seem to make hardly any difference.

If you ever manage to realise that final picture on the we page then please let me know. That would be AMAZING!!

For anyone not seen the web page there is a "modified in photoshop" photo of the clio in question with gas stru lifting doors aka Back to the future!!!

i have allready ordered that stainless grill one month ago at Ktec but it takes a while before it reachs holland i guess :) !!

and like you saw on the last picture on my website, i hope to realise this in the future, a company who also fitted my bodykit in belgium is specialised with this kind of things and thinks it will cost me about 2500/3000 EUROs for both doors..

cheers

Thats the first new clio ive see the Carzone kit on. They look better in the flesh. Not many people have the balls to change such a nice car so respect is due..i just wouldnt do it..not that i could afford to!!
