Previously mapped?

I'm interested to find out if my 182 has previously been remapped as it appears a few on here had a pleasant surprise

What is the diffinative way of checking?

Is there a cheaper alternative to the rs tuner to see the map code?

I bought an RSTuner for mine.

Plugged it in, and it had already been done. 3 times.

3 times? That's got to be another 15bhp right there.

The other sign is a higher rev limit, usually up to 7.5k.

Idle's slightly higher when mapped with an RS Tuner iirc.

Lol, those 3hp and smooth idle must gain a good 2 seconds up the quatre mile then.

Mine tuner mapped was still quicker the longer way to work
