problems with master quote insurance

iv just changed my inurance to master qoute and there asking for copys of my license, log book and ncb
i can understand ncb but why do they need the rest
has any one else had this problem

I had to provide a copy of my license to flux.

Never asked for log book copy though

did they say why, i got a letter saying theres a quirey with my insurance, but was told by them that i was picked at random

Its only a problem if you lied about or don't possess one of the other 2 right ?

I took a new policy out with flux so didn't think anything of it really. Just wanted proof that I wasn't lying to them I guess.

Did you not ask why they wanted these things yourself?

turns out it was due to the car they were unsure if they had the correct model on there system, was nothing to do with address
