Nice project mate, the funny thing is, the engine in the above pic i blew up so i now have a standard 172 engine in my garage, ive alaready modified my old manifold to fit, but im obvo running jenveys, so im sort of intrigued as to how it will compare.

Car sounds pretty evil in the video :) 24mpg, I'd imagine thats with a lot of spirited driving lol. I can't wait :D

I've been keeping an eye on this thread for a while now and must admit the car has a few great mods :)

Whats next ?

Buckets ?
Cams ?

Also where did you get the chrome heat shield at the bottom of your bulkhead ?

LOL fraid not, be abit of a treck for you anyway :)

Its from ebay, just a piece of heatshield cut to the shape of the bulkhead and pipes etc near it

Awesome car, out of interest, where did you get the steering wheel from? Looks amazing but I can't seem to find it anywhere!

Its from Rsport

We got ours at croft one day from the Rsport van there, after the cups had finished testing they sold us it.

Bucket seats, harnesses and steering wheel are on, sorry about the poor pics it was dark, and i was using the iPhone. The seats are the Carbon Kevlar ones lindleypwas selling, we negotiated a price we were both happy with, and i really liked the look of them :)

Steering wheel feels amazing, and the driving position is much better, will take a few days to get used to i think as its much lower down than normal.

There none branded, with OMP subframes. Weigh 11kg with harnesses and frames aswell.

Ear plugs are sometimes needed on long journeys. Not been out in it yet, apart from round the block to test, so will report back :)

Wow those seats look the SH*T!!!

You'll be able to drive it a lot faster with the bucket & Harnesses as you wont need to hold on to the steering wheel when going round corners so you can now feel a lot more through the wheel.

The whole car looks ace :)

Seats look cool from the back and the steering wheel is nice when do we get to se the car next :D
