Removing Bump Strips/Selling

I am thinking about removing the bump strips from my 02 Clio.

Has anyone done this/is it easy to do.

I was wondering if they are just stuck on.

Also if I do remove them, does anyone want to buy them. They are colour coded silver?

most door mouldings are held on with clips and the clips go into holes in the door, plus on alot of cars you will find there is a recess in the door skin that the moulding fits into, so you would normally have to have the holes welded over and the recess filled and then the door painted, wont be cheap to be honest, id check with renault or a bodyshop but i would expect the mouldings to be like this on your car too

There are holes behind the strips, there are clips that slide in to the holes thats how the bump strips our held on.

If you want to get rid of them then you well have to fill and srpay over the holes.

Its not hard to get them off either, just get your fingers undeneath, pull and slide it off!

(Front two towards the back of car and back towards the front!)
