Removing bump strips

Hi all, i want to spray my door bump strips black to match the car. I was wondering how easy it is to remove and then replace the bump strips? Does anyone know from personal experience?

very very easy, Use the search next time.

Open the door, where the lock is on the inside of the door there is a black circle, take that cap out press the pin in thats down from the hole and slide the moulding to the back of the car. The rear quarter ones just slide forwards. done.

you open the door and slide the front ones back after taking a cap off in the door, and the rear ones just slide forward, the first time you do it will be the hardest because of all the grime and muck under there.
