Removing non sport steering wheel diamond

Done a search and can't find anything on it, but does anyone know how to remove this? Only want to do it temporarily to spray it. Was thinking about trying to pry it off with a screw driver but obviously I don't want the airbag going off. Any ideas?

I tried myself on my dynamique with a tiny tiny screwdriver, I ended up malforming the inside of the diamond, it's glued down as far as I can tell.

Did you manage to get it back on with sticky pads or not?

I never properly got it off, I gave up because it was just contorting under the pressure of the screwdriver. Too much work for such little outcome really.
