RS tuner on 98 Ron

If you use the 98 Ron program on the RS tuner and only run on normally will it just be under powered?

Rs clios are meant to run super unleaded anyway but will run on standard fuel.

Imo there is no point mapping a car with a map which has to have high octane fuel, then run it on normal unleaded.

Ive recently put the 98ron RS tuner map on my car and am now running it on super and for a non turbo car i literally couldn't believe the difference after i first drove it, dont get me wrong i dont think it will beat M3's and s**t but felt quicker without a doubt and so much better to drive, 100% worth the money!!

My car's on the 98Ron RST map and it damn near misfires if I run it on normal unleaded.

What's the standard ron on shell fuel? I've used that stuff and it's been fine.

Normal unleaded is usually 95ron,
I have ran mine on it when i've been in the arsehole of nowhere and i'm running on fumes,
but the car hates it, it's gets used to it eventually but it robs it of it's balls.

Last time I used it was when I scrapped my Mums old Vectra
and drained it's tank because it was damn near full,
I was skint at the time so used the 5 gerry cans of fuel i'd taken out of it,
it was like having a standard car again, I was glad when I could switch back to Super.
