Sandpaper Pen

Can anybody advise me as to where I can buy a nick sander / Sandpaper pen.

I've tried a google search but have had no joy.

What does it do?

Its for preparing stone chips and scratches ready for touch up.

Same as a 'fiber pen' for us sparks.

Used for cleaning electrical contacts aswell
