Service Cost 172

Just wandered what should I expect to pay for a standard service on a 172?

Around £150 - £200

Depends upon age and miles

If its older than 3 years dont bother with a service at Renault - too expensive. My local mechanic will be carrying out my 24,000 mile/3 year old service and MOT.

Is that including parts, oil etc? or is that extra?

To me £170 seems fairly cheap

thats £170 all in, my two first services were also around £170 each for everything all in.

Only thing I didnt pay for was an air filter (had a Pipercross panel filter installed already). Includes all the other stuff, oil etc.

That should include oil. My 12,000 mile service at Renault did.

Does the 172 cost more to service than say a 1.2 or 1.4?
