That wing will have zero affect on rear down force due to how its positioned, in fact it will induce drag more than anything and could even induce lift as the air rushes over the roof line then hits the underside of the wing pushing upwards. Wings like that should be placed inline with the roof curve of the car preferably slightly lower than the roof line (think escort cosworth), even when positioned properly they will only start to give noticeable down force at over 90 mph.

That's where you are wrong... it got designed to flow with the roof line, but OK
